Overview
This website is operated by WoodBaby. Throughout the site, "we," "us," "I," and "our" refer to WoodBaby. By visiting woodbabybuilds.com (the "Site") or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept them. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.

1. Using the Site
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have that person's permission to use the Site. You may not use the Site or our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, transmit viruses or malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the Site's security. Violating these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access.

2. General conditions
We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Payment card information is always encrypted in transit. You may not copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.

3. Handmade products & natural variation
Every WoodBaby piece is handmade to order from natural materials. Grain, figure, color, and minor details will vary from piece to piece and from the photos shown. These variations are part of what makes each piece one of a kind and are not defects. We do our best to display colors accurately, but screens vary.

4. Personalization & custom orders

• Spelling and details: you're responsible for checking all personalization details (names, dates, text) before placing your order. We engrave exactly what's submitted, and mockups are available on request.
• Custom designs: if you send us artwork, a logo, or an image to engrave or reproduce, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights. We may decline any design we find offensive or that we believe infringes someone else's rights.
• Final sale: personalized, engraved, and custom pieces are final sale except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Prices, products & orders
Prices and product availability may change without notice, and we may discontinue any product at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities per person, household, or order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers. If we change or cancel your order, we'll try to contact you using the email or phone number you provided. You agree to give us accurate, current purchase and contact information.

6. Use, installation & care
Follow the Care Card included with every order. Wall-mounted and heavy pieces, like mirrors and shelves, must be installed securely, into studs or with anchors rated for the weight. We're not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.

7. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the Site accurate, but it may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability. We may correct errors and update or cancel orders if information was inaccurate, including after an order has been placed.

8. Third-party tools & links
The Site may include links or tools from third parties. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices. Use them at your own discretion and review their terms.

9. Your comments & submissions
If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, photos, or other material, you agree we may use, edit, and publish them in any medium without compensation. You agree that your submissions won't violate anyone's rights or contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material. We may remove content we find objectionable.

10. Our intellectual property
All designs, photos, videos, text, logos, and other content on the Site belong to WoodBaby and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission. The WoodBaby name and logo are our trademarks.

11. Personal information
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Site to break any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property; harass, abuse, or discriminate against others; submit false information; upload malicious code; collect others' personal information; spam, phish, scrape, or crawl; or bypass the Site's security. We may end your access for any prohibited use.

13. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Except as expressly stated by us, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoodBaby and its owners, contractors, suppliers, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WoodBaby and its owners, contractors, and service providers from any third-party claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third party's rights, including rights in any design you submit for engraving.

15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only as much as necessary, and the rest remains in effect.

16. Termination
These Terms apply until terminated by you or us. You can end them by no longer using the Site. We may end them, or deny you access, if we believe you've violated them. Obligations incurred before termination survive.

17. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and WoodBaby and replace any prior versions. Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive it.

18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
